By downloading, installing, or using the RYVL mobile application or website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

RYVL is a hybrid training application that provides AI-generated training plans, workout tracking, an AI coaching assistant, health integrations, and performance analytics. The Service is available on iOS and via our website.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years of age.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

RYVL offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's App Store settings.

Training plans, coaching advice, and other content generated by RYVL's AI features are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute medical, health, or professional fitness advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new exercise programme, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions.

6. Health & Safety Disclaimer

You use the Service and follow any training plans at your own risk. RYVL is not responsible for any injuries, health issues, or adverse effects resulting from workouts, training plans, or coaching suggestions provided through the Service. Listen to your body and stop exercising if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort.

All content, features, functionality, design, code, and branding of the Service are owned by RYVL and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Apple Health, Strava, and Fitbit. Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. RYVL is not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RYVL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
